Company Paid Vehicle and travel time. SUMMARY: We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Suite Living Senior Care! This role will perform a variety of maintenance duties in buildings and on grounds so that a clean and safe environment is maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.
Some examples include performing work such as minor carpentry, painting, plaster repair, etc. The Maintenance Technician will also repair and service appliances and equipment used in the building as necessary. These include plumbing, mechanical, electrical, electronic systems and equipment such as boilers, water softeners, air conditioners, washers, dryers,
heating and cooling equipment, etc. Suite Living Senior Care has 15 communities across the Twin Cities Metro area and this person will be required to travel and support 4-5 according to building needs & priorities.
Current locations include; Ramsey, Brooklyn Park, Crystal, Roseville, Vadnais Heights, Little Canada, North St. Paul, West St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Burnsville, Prior Lake, Spring Lake Park, Shakopee, Lakeville and Forest Lake. A company vehicle will be provided and travel time between sites is compensated. This role must work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor while showing compassion toward the elderly, working with tact and ethical awareness. MINIMUM
