a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to address and resolve various maintenance services promptly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the community, demonstrating great customer service through preventive maintenance and service request resolutions.
Primary Responsibilities Identifies and resolves maintenance services, such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, HVAC malfunctions, and apartment home appliances. Troubleshoots problems, repairs, or replace faulty parts, and ensures that repairs meet safety and quality standards Maintains and services equipment and machinery used at the property, such as HVAC systems, elevators, generators,
or landscaping equipment Responds to emergency situations, such as power outages, water leaks, etc Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests, repairs performed, parts used, and any relevant notes or observations Monitors and maintains an inventory of spare parts, supplies, and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance.
