TAKES? The Electrical Maintenance Execution Specialist is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and providing guidance to the maintenance execution team and contractors to perform planned / unplanned maintenance, and train maintenance execution team members.
This role will also support utilization and availability of electrical spare parts under the point quality and costs and is responsible for analysis, coordination, and cooperative efforts for maintenance needs. The Basics: High School Diploma required Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical maintenance applications in an industrial environment Team leadership experience; can be project leadership Knowledge in power feeding and distribution systems Knowledge in motors and drives and technological functions Knowledge in process data acquisition systems (IBA), HMI Systems Knowledge in network technology (Ethernet) Knowledge of High Voltage and construction techniques Demonstrates knowledge of how to use electrical tools, meters, Meggers, and other electrical testing equipment Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, Power Point) The Extras: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering a plus Knowledge in SAP Understanding of standard programming principles and practices to include logical instances and cycles, calling functions and modular programming for logic reuse Competencies in multiple programming platforms with use of ladder logic, function block and textual/statement list logic Understanding of different memory types and their uses in a control system TRAITS TO BE SUCCESSFUL Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills Able to competently handle a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material Demonstrates strong interpersonal communications skills, written and verbal Demonstrates strong work ethic and displays a high degree of professionalism Demonstrates the company values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Relationships, and Sustainability Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by fostering an environment that embodies trust and respect and accountability WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Acting as liaison with engineering, estimating, and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and scheduling is being met Conducting safety inspections and incident investigations / reports Coordinating work of different crafts, company departments, and / or other contractors Ensure work order reporting is accurate Contractor Electronic Timekeeping Training Ensuring contractor timekeeping is accurate and punctual Provide technical leadership for contractors and maintenance teams.
