Our Fleet: Snowcats Snowmobiles Heavy Equipment Light Duty Trucks Shuttle and Transit Buses Small Engine Equipment Job Responsibilities: Actively reviews, monitors and analyzes maintenance activity, work orders and reports for accuracy, trends in repairs, equipment failures and, parts usage; to determine if corrective action is needed to minimize disruption on usage of equipment Responsible for carrying out effective preventative maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs and equipment/machinery utilization and service Assist in the selection of new employees; train, supervise and evaluate assigned employees; recommend disciplinary action or promotion as appropriate; review completed work and provide feedback as necessary Develops and maintains cooperative and courteous relationships with employees, managers, representatives from other departments and organizations Adhere and promote company safety policies and programs Other duties as assigned (Will be included in all postings) Job Requirements: Automotive Technical School/Training or an equivalent combination of education and experience Automotive/Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Thorough knowledge of the methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of vehicles, specialized equipment and small engines to include procedures for diagnosing malfunctions and performing technical repairs as well as the operation maintenance of equipment Prior supervisory experience Must have a valid driver’s license / clean DMV record Must have own tools and be willing to purchase more as necessary Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly The expected pay range is $27 - $35.62.
