email and voice mail for customer concerns. Fill out appropriate paper work for work orders, customer complaints etc. Conduct cold calls, walk-ins or other means by which to prospect for new customers and qualify them Prospect, meet and present proposals to decision makers Respond to RFP s from management companies - pre-determining if they are worthwhile with the President.
Submit all bids prior to presentation to President for review and approval. Put together and monitor proposal packets and all sales/marketing related tools Conduct walkthroughs with customers as requested by Pres. Turn in all paperwork for new starts to Operations, Accounting and HR Report needs for marketing materials
and any sales related materials/tools to Pres. backss promotional product needs and take responsibility for ordering them as needed Expectations: Attend Building Owner s and Manager s Association (BOMA) and Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) events and golf tournaments and trade shows for networking and educational purposes The expectation is that sales people will meet and exceed revenue targets and increase business by 20% from previous year.
Focus on generating accounts for new buildings. Attend all manager meetings as requested. Manage personal expenses, budgets, ACT database, collateral, and calendar. All new accounts must meet criterion of minimally M-F service of 2 hours per night.
