Collaborate with a team of skilled maintenance mechanics to ensure the continuous upkeep of our facilities. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and technical proficiency to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues promptly. Interact professionally with residents, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
Perform various hands-on general maintenance tasks, including light carpentry, general electrical work, plumbing, sheetrock and spackle, floor replacement, and painting. Handle service work orders, prepare apartments for turnover, maintain cleanliness in common areas, manage trash removal, participate in snow and ice removal as needed, and respond efficiently to emergency repairs
on a rotational on-call basis. Execute all tasks in a timely manner, upholding professionalism and delivering high-quality workmanship. Requirements: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. Ability to lift heavy objects. Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Possess personal tools necessary for the job.
