Here are the quick hits of our ideal candidate: Responsibilities Respond and attend to guest and staff repair requests Support internal guests when needed. Conduct daily property walks of maintenance equipment. Complete daily preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public areas & hallways. Handle work orders as they are requested and executed on time. Find the needs to repair non-functioning machinery and/or

equipment. Track and document daily readings of the boiler room, pool, water and electrical meters. Monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems Perform maintenance tasks that may include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.

Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention. Work toward continuous quality improvement Availability to work nights and /or weekends Qualifications CPO certified Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, operate maintenance equipment, and basic tools Basic trade knowledge i. e. Plumbing, Electrical,

HVAC, carpentry Ability to work with little to no supervision, and meet deadlines as required We believe in Platinum Service for our guests and associates alike.
