Design, Develop and Implement packaging for key products Develop protocols and procedures as well as lead testing to comply with appropriate testing standards Conduct on-site audits of potential packaging suppliers Conduct on-site management of packaging optimization projects at key suppliers Lead troubleshooting with packaging materials at AZEK manufacturing facilities Liaison for troubleshooting of packaging materials at key AZEK OEM suppliers Work directly with Marketing and Product Management on the artwork design of packaging materials Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or master's

degree in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment Strong Project Management experience across cross-functional teams Advanced Excel and Power Point, MS Office Proficiency, MRP, JD Edwards Success Measures: Sixty (60) - Ninety (90) days: Knowledge of AZEK product lines and offerings Understand cost improvement goals and objectives for the business Connect with key internal functions and suppliers to identify and prioritize opportunities Six (6) Months: Conduct on-site supplier audits and packaging optimization projects at key suppliers Develop protocols and procedures and implement across the organization Establish controlled

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
