The ideal candidate we are looking for is a hardworking and highly motivated individual with strong analytics implementation skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills to join our Measurement Operations team. The position is anchored around implementing measurement solutions on our growing
portfolio of products that are offered across our Streaming Digital Brands & US Media Networks sites and apps. Translate business questions from partners into detailed tracking specifications across all international platforms, including web, mobile apps, and emerging platforms such as Connect TV devices, gaming consoles, and Smart TVs.
Play a critical role in the enablement of meaningful designed analysis of the company's user experience and audience behaviors across our digital properties. Ensure that all new and existing products and features have accurate measurements by validating the measurement on each device and validating that all reports are populating as designed. Communicate
optimally to end users of the analytics platform how to retrieve the data needed to answer business questions.
Work independently or with minimal supervision on time-sensitive and business-critical projects. Ensure that third-party tracking such as com Score and Nielsen are validated for each release. Create and analyze reports that validate data is populating correctly. Create and maintain documentation such as data inventories to assist users with reports. Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple analytics solution design projects in parallel. Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions.
Easily communicate and break down highly complex data problems into simple, feasible solutions. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of analytics implementation projects. Perform data quality audits, and quality assurance on implemented tags, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and work to implement fixes. Provide thought leadership for data collection and ways to standardize across a global environment. Act as a liaison between business owners and application development teams. Effectively communicate the impact and correct prioritization of tracking bugs, enhancements, and issues.
Build effective and mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders, partners, vendors, and developers. Manage releases and ensure successful tracking implementation and QA testing. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree At least 5+ years? experience, which may include internship Experience in the digital marketing/entertainment sector Knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics) and tag management tools (e. g. Tealium, Adobe Launch). Will be highly autonomous, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organizational and time management skills.

Experience with a coding language. Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. Experience developing solutions for tag deployment through tag management systems (Tealium, Adobe Launch). Hands-on experience and implementation expertise with Adobe Analytics tool and or similar analytics platform.

Requires knowledge of proper tool usage, operator interface, tooling manufactures capabilities and limitation. Provide the resource to return broken inspection equipment to usable condition utilizing internal as well as external resources. Must be
self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision. Essential Responsibilities Interprets blueprints, complex electrical wiring schematics, test procedures and shop order instructions to set up and perform functional test, both electrical and mechanical, under minimum supervision on a variety of products.
Verifies conformance to specifications utilizing electrical and mechanical test equipment such as flow meters, pressure differential gauges, dielectric equipment, multi-meters, volt meters, timers, amp meters, power supplies, and torque gauges as necessary. Documents test results and finding in accordance with applicable Test Procedures. Sets up, changes fittings and gages,
checks accuracy of dial gages with master gage and makes necessary adjustments.
Position Requirements Minimum five (5) years recent inspection experience or other related test experience required. Must have working knowledge of high pressure, plumbing hardware, various electrical and mechanical test equipment such as flow meters, pressure gauges, volt meters, timers, amp meters, power supplies, flow test equipment, and torque gauges. Must be able to test and adapt fixtures to single and multi-port product assemblies; and perform pressure differential and flow rate conversion calculations. Must be able to read and write in English with good communication skills and the ability to document test finding, follow verbal and written instructions, have appropriate math skills to perform conversion calculations, and the ability to interpret blueprints, complex electrical wiring schematics, test procedures and instructions.
Ability to work with high pressure, solvents, and fluids also necessary. Must be able to read, write and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
