manage Tomcat, Apache, PHP application services, applications/databases migration from Ubuntu to Cent OS; administer applications (Ansible/Rundeck); recreate customer production issues in Robins lab; provide resolution/workaround; test/validate customer specific use-cases in Robin's customer success lab; build out Robin in ETSI MANO/ MEC architecture; prepare orchestration/deployment tools for Robin in Telco infrastructure/technology (v RAN, 4G/5G technologies, Packet Core); troubleshoot issues in Kubernetes, networking/containerization technologies; participate in Production environment; provide support for applications built with virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM on Robin) deploy, integrate,
test them; fix customers incidents; deploy new customers; upgrade existing installations; develop/test upgrade procedures; answer customer product questions; reproduce customers issues in test lab; work with engineering team to root cause/escalate issues; develop operational improvements/ procedures to enhance product/internal knowledge; identify/resolve customer issues quickly; serve as customers advocate; summarize complex issues; communicate issues to customers/internally.
