Basic Qualifications: Sr. Principal Digital Engineer 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor STEM discipline; 7 years of relevant exp with a Masters STEM discipline; 4 years relevant experience with Ph D.
Experience verifying FPGAs or ASICs using VHDL Experience developing verification plans, creating testbenches, debugging HDL, and performing simulations with Siemens Questa Simulator or similar tool Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Do D Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AMD/Xilinx 7 series (Zynq, Kintex and Ultrascale) family of devices Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Tools: Vivado, Quartus, Questa Sim. Experience with scripting languages and tools for Verification automation (Perl, TCL, Bash, and Makefile) Experience with FPGA development process experience (requirements definition, conceptual design, detailed design, verification, and production release) Active U.
S Government Do D Secret Clearance Salary Range: $146,300 - $219,500The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
