Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in vibration analysis, mechanical asset reliability and is willing to lead transformation in asset health monitoring.

Our Team About the Collaboration and Support Center - The CSC team partners with operating facilities by providing collaboration and support across multiple disciplines of expertise (GP and Vendors) to achieve scalable problem-solving across manufacturing sites and businesses. The team will use the best available

technology with an enterprise-wide approach, primarily focusing on Asset Health, Process Safety, and Process Optimization. One component of Asset Health we will be looking to revolutionize is how GP approaches vibration monitoring across our sites.

This individual will lead the way by providing remote vibration and diagnostic support for areas within their scope and helping to create the balance of a centralized vibration program for the company. What You Will Do Analyze plant-wide vibration data received through remote monitoring of site assets. (25% each day) Establish a communication network with assigned plants and follow up on the above with recommended courses of action. (25%

each day) Coordinate with regional techs on an ‘as needed' basis to conduct further site analysis.

Continue developing AI models for future remote monitoring projects and working with data analytics teams where vibration data is needed. (25% each day) Visit sites to help in QA/QC and execution when needed (25%) Assist in developing and executing site-wide sensor installations as the need arises Travel up to 50% Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) ISO Vibration Level II or higher 5 years minimum experience in maintenance or facility operations in an industrial, manufacturing environment Proficiency in conducting analysis using SKF/Emerson CSI or equivalent vibration toolsets Effective utilization of problem-solving methods Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to learn and utilize social networking tools Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools Willing and able to travel to sites to build relationships with operations and to understand processes - up to 50% What Will Put You Ahead Maintenance/Reliability experience at a manufacturing site Experience driving organizational change and ability to think outside the box Experience with process data historians such as OSI PI and Wonderware Knowledge of and experience in applying mechanical precision maintenance fundamentals Knowledge of Industrial Internet Of Things (IIOT)technologies Knowledge of big data analytics and its growing role in the industry We anticipate paying $100K - 130K per year for this role.
