By understanding the reports coming in and escalating them appropriately, you will play a key part in making future releases of Face Time, Share Play, Messages and Mail even better. Excellent communication skills are a must because of the close interaction with engineering teams throughout Apple for this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Design, develop
and automate screening and triaging of incoming bugs for Face Time, Share Play, Messages and/or Mail.
- Triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues and help determine the correct resolvers, the priority of problems, while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues for Face Time, Share Play, Messages and/or Mail. - Contribute to the code base of Face Time, Share Play, Messages and/or Mail to further enhance the product and logging. - Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with the development team and analyze root causes for the issues Education & Experience B. S or M. S in Computer Science, or equivalent experience Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
