NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems.

The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for fixed equipment engineering support to the Facility Mechanical Integrity

department. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support Facility Mechanical Integrity program by assisting inspectors in planning and executing mechanical integrity assurance programs.

Develop and maintain standards and procedures for fixed equipment mechanical integrity assurance. Identify and make recommendations to reduce/eliminate repeated fixed equipment failures Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 Engineering Fitness-For-Service backssments. Provide engineering support including engineering repair solutions. Stay current with regulations, industry standards, engineering, inspection and repair methods, and applicable technologies. Contribute to the effective use

of CMMS and IDMS software to improve fixed equipment reliability.

Provide technical input on corporate due diligence efforts and new construction projects. Provide technical support for Federal and State regulatory audits as well as internal audits. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering or a similar technical degree. Minimum of 7 years of direct experience with fixed equipment in petroleum or petrochemical industry required; 10 years preferred. A strong background supporting process plant production in various fixed equipment. Familiar with piping and vessels Fitness-For-Service Analysis software (COMPRESS, SIGNAL FFS, etc.

) Experience with Finite Element Analysis is a plus. Candidate should be well versed in the API SCIMI documents, ASME BPVC & Pressure Piping Codes, ASTM Specifications, as well as API 579/ASME FFS. Strong working knowledge of corrosion issues and damage mechanisms occurring in equipment and piping operating in mid-stream operating environments is required. Experience with CMMS and IDMS is a plus.
