and Monthly Responsibilities: Develop biomanufacturing processes of synthetic blood from hemoglobin extraction, purification, encapsulation, and filtration and concentration. Perform cell culture experiments and cellular and molecular assays (microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR etc).

Explore different applications of cell expansion bioreactors including CAR T cell manufacturing, stem cell manufacturing, exosome production, viral vector production. Evaluate biomaterial/nanomaterial, working on biomedical, regenerative medicine, and medical device related projects, perform biological and chemistry experiments, prepare experimental reports, project reports to project managers. Requirements:

Requires an Bachelors degree in Bioengineering or Biomedical Engineering. 1 year: Hands-on lab experience in aseptic techniques, cell culture (adherent and nonadherent), cell characterization assays, microscopy, flow cytometry analysis, ELISA assays, q PCR, Western blotting, DNA purification, and prepare DNA for next generation sequencing.

1 year: Hands-on lab experience in nanoparticles synthesis and characterization techniques, particle sizing zeta potential (DLS), lyophilization, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Plate reader, FTIR analysis, prefer to blood borne pathogen and have experience in synthetic blood. 1 year: Experience in biomanufacturing skills including upstream processing (e. g. bioreactor-based

cell expansion, viral vector production, etc. ) and downstream processing (e.
