3 years of experience working in a semiconductor fabrication technical environment. 3 years of experience in advanced device architecture. Preferred qualifications: Ph D in Applied Physics, Materials Science, Optoelectronics, or a related discipline. Experience with research and development experiments and advanced data analysis. Experience in optoelectronic device physics (e. g. LEDs, lasers, photovoltaics), including theory and experiments. Experience in optoelectronic device fabrication.
Experience in analyzing overall device performance and optical properties such as light extraction.
