Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conducts and documents test activities which may include structural analysis, stress analysis, testing and interpretation of results both informally and in formal design reviews and design validation. Documents test activities with instructions, forms, standards, and specifications. Develops new test specifications
and procedures for vehicle components that will correlate to customer vehicle end-of-life cycles. Collects and analyzes data during testing activities, which may include FMEAs, reliability analysis, fatigue testing and analysis and tolerance stack-up probability Designs test procedures and specifications based upon all available customer specifications and quality requirements.
Responsible for designing test fixtures, which apply proper loading condition to truck components that help to verify failure modes and the associated stress levels. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
2 or more years’ experience in Manufacturing, Testing, and Processes Experience collecting and analyzing data and test methodologies.

Salaried Exempt Compensation & Benefits New hires generally start between $74,567 - $106,525. The full salary range for the position, across all geographies, is $74,567 - $127,830 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time.
Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience. Targeted annual bonus is based on company performance to objectives during the fiscal plan year which runs from October 1 – September 30.
