responsibility for understanding new product introduction (NPI) program test strategies, developing and managing test development schedules, managing test development budgets, and overall execution of test development. You will lead test development engineering teams to ensure products test infrastructure are designed, developed, and deployed on time into the partner factories.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$194,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience manufacturing test solutions for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Experience generating product-specific test plans and executing testing accordingly. Experience developing or integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.

Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience with architecting complex manufacturing test solutions for CPU/GPU based products. Experience with creating manufacturing test strategies that cover from structural through functional and system test. Ability to communicate effectively on project requirements and schedules. - Coordinateand executeboard and system level test development activities. Coordinatedependencies across internal teams and external partners. - Manage capacity, schedule, and risks for manufacturing test development projects, and alignment with NPI program schedules.

- Lead manufacturing test development teams through planning, development, and deployment of test solutions to support volume manufacturing. - Drive communication with stakeholders for test development status via reviews and dashboards, work with design engineering teamson DFT andto manage dependencies for test development. - Develop technical documentation used for product test strategies, test plans, and test processes.
