The Role Be a part of an internship program, driving human progress through technology. During a 10- week period our summer interns innovate and make an impact by transforming industries across the globe and changing the world one connection at a time. The Role Primarily responsible for Identifying Network issues using various tools and working with support teams to resolve those issues. The Main Responsibilities:

• Basic Network understanding and troubleshooting skills of Cisco Network Devices.

• Willingness to learn new technologies via classroom training, and cross-training with higher-level members. • Ability to collaborate with team members both in-person and remotely. • Need to know the difference between Cisco layer 3 Routers and layer 2 Switches as well as a basic understanding of the OSI model. • Ability to provide efficient quality service to internal support teams over the phone using Soft Phone technology. • Flexibility of schedule that may be required to work overnight and possibly weekends. • Ability to articulate issues that need to be escalated to higher-tiered network teams.

• Requires minimal direction and guidance with tasks. • Basic understanding of Network monitoring tools. What We Look For in a Candidate • 1-2 years of professional network experience or equivalent education like a bachelor’s Degree • Basic network understanding and troubleshooting skills of Cisco Network Devices. • Must know the difference between Cisco layer 3 Routers and Layer 2 Switches as well as a basic understanding of the OSI model • Must have flexibility to work overnight and possibly weekends if needed. • Basic understanding of Network monitoring tools What to Expect Next After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.
