As a lead, you'll ensure that partner solutions are elegant, resilient, easy to integrate with and of the highest standards. You will also help build proof-of-concept & simulation applications to validate and test partner solutions being built by other engineering teams. You will lead engineering teams to execute and deliver on business, product and technology driven initiatives. You will be at the intersection of business

strategy and technical execution, so your experience understanding product roadmaps and business goals will be critical. You will play an integral role in making sure that partner initiatives are developed in accordance with firm-wide risk & architecture guidelines.

Job responsibilities Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements,

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on technology project management concepts and 5+ years applied experience. BS in Computer Science / Engineering or a similar technical degree Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages in particular, the Java/J2EE stack Experience with building APIs - RESTful APIs, Web Services, Spring Boot Working knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, No SQL.

Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Version Control tools (Bit Bucket, Git) Strong coding fundamentals - Algorithms & Data Structures Angular JS, React and/or Java Script UI development is a plus Passion for automating & excelling at identifying gaps in processes Advanced knowledge of architecture & application design processes.

Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment Strong bias for action; ability to take ownership and think long-term.
