contract change orders and amendments for impact on schedule Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims Assist in change order negotiations as applicable Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses Identify schedule related problems which arise during project execution and recommend corrective actions and creative solutions Conduct periodic project site visits for progress reporting Review contractors weekly and monthly schedule progress, prepare narrative of findings, and submit and present to management for decision making Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules Prepare cost loaded schedule, to support comprehensive cash flow projections Prepare
manpower resource loaded schedules, if required by Contract.
Understand, interpret, and apply contracts, policies, and procedures to adhere to industry standard scheduling practices Assist with onsite Pull Planning work sessions Independently interprets and reads detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.
) and develops a clear understanding of work scope Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with the contract; reviews critical path, cost loading, resource loading of manhours, schedule content, recovery schedules, use of logic relationships and lags, constraints and milestones Reads drawings
to determine if work is in or out of scope, and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit Effectively communicates with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings Performs status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on weekly and monthly basis Prepares reports as needed and directed by Management.
