opportunity! Responsibilities: Responsible for Finished Good weekly planning for the responsible areas. Supervise the technical support associates in Process Engineering and act as mentor to associates and other Engineers.

Provide day-to-day tactical mentorship to group in problem identification, root cause analysis and problem resolution. Drive and coordinate continuous improvement and efficiency improvement activities aligned with process and product capability and performance Plan, schedule, conduct and handle various process engineering projects in the areas of New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management and Supplier material changes. Ensuring all projects adhere to acceptable

engineering practices and compliance regulations, are appropriately staffed, and are run within budget.

Prepare, discuss, document, set goals and measure mentioned activities in agreement with the Performance Management process. Collaborate with other San Lorenzo and external Corporate functional groups to assure the facility's goals, objectives and requirements are met. This includes: project schedules, product/process requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ISO compliance. Collaborate with Business Unit Managers/Staff Managers to ensure that manufacturing operations and projects receive effective technical support. Receive tactical and strategic guidance from next level and maintain management well informed of all major problems, improvement activities and potential barriers.

You will review or have signature authority for internal systems, protocols, completion reports, feasibility studies and development protocols. Follow all environmental, safety and occupational health policies and represent the Company during internal, Corporate and FDA audits. A Bachelor's Degree Engineering is required Minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required Relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations or New Product Introduction is required Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training License is preferred Experience in the medicals, Medical Devices or Consumer industry is required.

Experience in new product introduction, automation, maintenance and reliability is preferred Experience managing a technical group is required Experience in project management is required Experience in an Engineering role/function is required Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required; Minitab and MS Project are preferred Availability to travel up to 10% domestic is required Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
