ALIP Configuration Engineer will be responsible for design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of ALIP business and product configuration.

Engineer should be able to work independently and within a team of developers to deliver end-to-end solutions for moderate to complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Communicate directly with the purchase experience team, API Development, application support, and other programmers throughout the organization. Responsibilities: Primary NYL lead

for business and product configuration on the ALIP platform. Develop and maintain the business and product configuration frameworks, core designs and best practices across NYL and vendor teams.

Provide oversight and guidance to both NYL and vendor configurators on designs and implementations. Interact with business analyst/Client(s) to understand business problem(s) being addressed by the project. Review project requirements and backss and estimate the necessary time-to-completion. Work with peers to conduct code reviews and unit testing of new development. Support QA with documenting test plans based on business and product configuration designs. Interact with other development teams

to ensure a consistent approach to software development. Closely follow software development best practices.

Communicate professionally and effectively to clients, management, and other departments. Demonstrate ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes. Interact with Application Support team to ensure production processing runs smoothly. Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of ALIP Configuration tools and designs 10+ years' experience of ALIP business and product configuration Experience with implementing under SAFe Agile Framework Strong analytic problem-solving, critical-thinking skills. Ability to work with multiple teams across the organization.

Strong written and oral communication skills. Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred but not required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
