What You Will Do Develop and implement complete asset strategies for process equipment including condition-based monitoring, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, operating envelope, operator basic care and spare parts optimization. Evaluate, approve, and prioritize equipment repairs and scheduled
shutdowns utilizing the asset maintenance work process. Work closely with operators and customers to troubleshoot process, quality and equipment issues and evaluate and implement improvement ideas.
Develop, initiate, and execute capital projects. Lead root cause analysis process and execute effective corrective actions Create a safe workplace with all environmental, safety and business practices with emphasis on identifying and mitigating critical risks. Maintain necessary departmental records and reports. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) At least 2 years of mechanical or electrical experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or military environment. Experience
implementing and sustaining work processes. Troubleshooting skills within equipment and processes.
Experience and ability to successfully work in a team-based environment. Experience using Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in the cups, printing, pulp or paper industry. Bachelor's degree in an engineering field. Experience with facilitating continuous improvement teams and lean manufacturing. Experience demonstrating root cause analysis, reliability best practices, reliability KPI's, and tools like gap planning and pareto analysis.
