training. Coordinate and deliver training workshops including KCS fundamentals, KCS v6 Practices, KCS Coaching. Assist in the development and maintenance of the knowledge base and the workflow, including the evolution of the content standard and the problem-solving process.
Contribute as a Citizen Data Analyst providing interpretation of data to support knowledge sharing principals, in particular helping to identify trending high value/high impact areas of the business. Analyzing reports on Key Performance Indicators metrics that reflect the value of the knowledge base. Identify opportunities to tune the search engine and search engine optimization. Communicate the value of the knowledge
base by providing knowledge workers and management with visibility and feedback on the impact of people's contribution. Manage own workload, schedule, and track the status of dependencies, open issues, and key milestones.
Provision and configure equipment in a shared lab environment to test and verify technical content. Research, create, update, and maintain technical articles for the F5 knowledge base. Feedback management and analysis of surveys, customer interviews and flagged articles to enhance the customer success journey. Responsible for upholding F5s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies. Telecommuting is an option.
Some travel to F5 offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of network/system administration or two (2) years of experience in the job offered, OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of network/system administration or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
