The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Minimum qualifications: 6 years of experience with technical and process challenges associated with network planning. 6 years of experience with internal forecasting, planning, and design tools (e. g. WAND, Tetralight, Hauler, DENS, etc. ). 6 years of experience with business or project budget creation and cost-benefit analysis. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of forecasting, planning, and design tools.

Understanding of the technical and process challenges associated with network planning. Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous and busy operations environment, and deliver outstanding results in a timely manner. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities with an excellent attention to detail. Financial skills (e. g. business/project budget creation and cost-benefit analysis). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Produce designs to meet all optical infrastructure and capacity plans for Google's global core production network.

- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. Incorporate new solutions into plans and designs, and ensure plan and design tool sets and business processes are ready for intaking NPIs. - Drive the automation roadmap of all automatable tasks performed by the team, substantially reducing cycle time and improving quality and consistency. - Evolve the business processes governing the generation of designs throughout their lifecycle (e. g. input gathering, generation, validation, publication, transfer), specifically including the definition of the business policies that govern them (e.
