As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will combine software development, networking, data analysis, and systems administration expertise with an aptitude for technical consulting, troubleshooting, and analysis.

You will work across multiple customer-facing teams to improve the product's outlook, while also ensuring that global businesses and organizations continue to be successful. You will utilize technical solution authority, helping Googlers and customers approach and resolve technology problems and design exceptional

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000

Minimum qualifications: 4 years of experience reading code (Python or C#) 4 years of experience with RDBMS systems 4 years of experience triaging Saa S products, related technologies (Pantheon, Kibana, Datadog, Grafana), and REST API's (Chrome devtools, Postman, c Url, Swagger) Ability to work non-standard working hours Preferred qualifications: Certification in Security such as Security , CEH, CISM, CISSP Experience administering and troubleshooting networks, including network monitoring tools Experience writing and delivering technical training materials Experience working with Linux/Unix from Kernel to Shell, file systems, and client-server protocols Experience working with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and articulating their issues internally Understanding of basic web technologies (e.

Design and implement new operations, productivity, and investigation tools to increase efficiency for Technical Solutions Engineering. - Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for key stakeholders in the engineering, business, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve the product's vision.

- Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of Google's product technology and software architectures. Build in-product self-service solutions. - Work closely with multiple product and engineering teams on understanding ways to improve the product, and interact with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to drive production excellence. - Advocate for our customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering, and develop innovative ways to resolve issues.
