Brief Description Perform routine troubleshooting of electrical circuits (production models as well as engineering prototypes that include analog piezo electric sensors, signal conditioning, etc.

Responsibilities Reviews and troubleshoots existing products and designs Participates in analog design activity and works with the rest of the design team Develops customized

tests for newly designed and existing circuits Performs EWRs (Engineering Work Requests) for internal and external customers Writes reports, instructions, and procedures in compliance with Configuration Control requirements Develop test procedures for new tests and measurements and maintains the current ones in order Perform training for production and calibration personnel Assist Quality department with vendor, supplier, and lot validation activity Participate in design reviews and provide active feedback to the design engineering team on new products test results and evaluations Set up test equipment and develop test procedures for non-standardized tests per customers or internal requests.

Create software requirement documents for the internal team to satisfy developed test setup requirements.

Work with the quality department on developing new vendors and suppliers. Help and train the manufacturing engineering team on production issues troubleshooting Participates in MRB activity and creates re-work instructions. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required, Analog Design of low power signals specialization is preferred Minimum of five years of experience. Familiarity with the basic operations of mechanical system dynamics Advanced computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular) Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and processes in a production environment Ability to interface with various personnel at various levels of skills, knowledge, and experience The ability to speak and write clearly on technical subjects to individuals and groups Familiarity with the basics of the Multisim and Ultiboard is a plus Familiarity with piezoelectric materials is a plus Problem-solving expertise and good organizational skills Must be a local candidate ITAR Requirements This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
