" -George Kurian, CEO Job Summary The Spot Program Manager will be responsible for managing and aggregating a range of software development projects in a fast-paced Saa S environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Job Responsibilities Project
Coordination and Management: Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including management, and project team members. Communicate project objectives, progress, and changes effectively to management and across cross-functional teams. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks. Work with product leaders to build risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables
meet the highest quality standards. Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and achievements to management and other stakeholders. Job Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a Saa S or software development environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software tools. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Technical background, with experience in software development or IT operations. Work Environment: This position typically operates in an office environment but may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events. Education IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
