Essential Responsibilities Performs Class A TIG welding, stainless steel and aluminum Track weld parts in preperation for final welding Interprets assembly blueprints, drawings, schematics, travelers and/or engineering specifications to weld, assmeble, test and check quality parts Welding inspections and set ups with a minimum of technical assistance Checks and tests products using a variety of hand
tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, altitude gages, digitial indicators and drop indicators to ensure conformance to specifications May be required to safety wire parts as necessary according to MS instructions and attach stainless steel tags per drawing specifications Assemble " specials" and small quantity orders when necessary Performs analysis and repairs units needing work May be required to drill and pin per assembly routers Assist in training lesser skilled employees Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition Performs related duties as assigned Meets daily production standards Sheet metal fabrication Position Requirements Minimum of 6 months experience in TIG welding, stainless steel and aluminum Requires ability to read, speak, and write in English Follow verbal and written instruction Read simple gages/meters and read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Knowledge of basic shop math helpful Job and training experience Knowledge in welding and shop safety Mental and visual effort High School diploma or GED or trade school certification.

Essential Responsibilities Interprets blueprints, complex electrical wiring schematics, test procedures and shop order instructions to set up and perform functional test, both electrical and mechanical, under minimum supervision on a variety of products.
Verifies conformance to specifications utilizing electrical and mechanical test equipment such as flow meters, pressure differential gauges, dielectric equipment, multi-meters, volt meters, timers, amp meters, power supplies, and torque gauges as necessary. Documents test results and finding in accordance with applicable Test Procedures. Sets up, changes fittings and gages,
checks accuracy of dial gages with master gage and makes necessary adjustments.
Position Requirements Minimum five (5) years recent inspection experience or other related test experience required. Must have working knowledge of high pressure, plumbing hardware, various electrical and mechanical test equipment such as flow meters, pressure gauges, volt meters, timers, amp meters, power supplies, flow test equipment, and torque gauges. Must be able to test and adapt fixtures to single and multi-port product assemblies; and perform pressure differential and flow rate conversion calculations. Must be able to read and write in English with good communication skills and the ability to document test finding, follow verbal and written instructions, have appropriate math skills to perform conversion calculations, and the ability to interpret blueprints, complex electrical wiring schematics, test procedures and instructions.
Ability to work with high pressure, solvents, and fluids also necessary. Must be able to read, write and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
