Als Senior Process Engineer arbeiten Sie an komplexen technischen Problemen und herausfordernden Zukunftslösungen, um die täglichen und zukünftigen Produktionsmengen und Produktqualitäten sicherzustellen. Sie leiten interne Projektteams und beraten als Experte abteilungsübergreifend in technischen wie auch methodischen Fragestellungen. den technischen Support zur Sicherstellung der Produktion hinsichtlich Qualität und Mengen Ihnen obliegt die Prozessverantwortung für einen zugewiesenen Produktionsbereich im Reinraum Dabei behalten Sie stets die Durchführung von In-Prozess Kontrollen und statistischen Auswertungen im Blick Zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und bei akuten Fertigungsproblemen optimieren Sie den Einsatz von systematischen Methoden Die Qualifizierung von Equipment, Validierung von Prozessen gemäß internen und externen Regularien sowie die Durchführung und Mitarbeit bei internen Audits obliegt Ihrer Verantwortung Sie übernehmen die Erstellung von Risikoanalysen, Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen Bei Produktionsstörungen
