Job Summary: As a Test Engineer, you have the opportunity to work closely with talented individuals from various departments, including Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing. Your role is crucial in every step of the product life cycle, where you will design and execute testing strategies in collaboration with Engineering. By providing support to factory test technicians, you will troubleshoot and resolve non-conformities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, execute, and maintain test processes, plans, instructions, fixtures, calibration logs, and documentation for acceptance and production testing of components and systems in a factory environment Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of factory test failures. Acquire test yield data, track and analyze failure trends, identify issues, plan campaigns for yield improvements, and develop,
implement, and continually improve real-time yield tracking systems Create, modify, and maintain factory software Direct, train, and mentor Test Technicians Ensure proper use, handling, and calibration of test instruments such as Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Low voltage probes, Capacitance / Inductance meters, and Digital Multimeters Provide support for the implementation of new testing procedures at the factory Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of prior related experience. In place of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience Experience in a low volume / high mix or New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing environment Proficient with Python, Java, MATLAB, or Lab VIEW Experience with technical writing, specifically work instructions and process documentation Ability to handle multiple programs and responsibilities simultaneously Experience using Microsoft Office products Desired Qualifications: Excellent people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation) Experience troubleshooting to component level.

We are currently seekinga QA Director for our laboratory located in Orange, CA. The QA Director manages the facility's Quality Management System including accreditation standard compliance, gaining and retaining accreditations, and document control. This position serves as Quality Manager and is the focal point for QA/QC. This position functions independently from technical operations, having responsibility for quality assurance oversight independent of production and financial responsibility.
