trust, and delivery. They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver. Project Overview The Cheniere Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Project is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export facility located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay in Gregory, Texas.

The 1,000+ acre facility started bulk early works in July 2015 as the first greenfield export facility in the United States. Bechtel has successfully and safely completed construction and it now consists of three operating Trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 15 million tons per year (MTPA), three LNG storage tanks with combined capacity of 480,000 cubic meters of LNG, 2 Jetty superstructures

that can accommodate the world’s largest vessels, and dozens of associated buildings and utilities.

Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3 (CCL3) is a new phase at the existing CCL facility and will consist of seven midscale liquefaction trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 10 MTPA and associated infrastructure including utilities. CCL3 will perform all this work predominantly on a direct hire basis with support from only a few specialty and service subcontractors. Position Summary The Lead Instrumentation Field Engineer will report to the Project Field Engineer and is responsible for supervising the Instrumentation Field Engineering Team.

In addition to their supervision duties, this individual is responsible for providing technical assistance, direction, and support to Bechtel and subcontractor field supervision teams for construction and installation activities for all disciplines associated with the instrumentation equipment and materials. Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces.

Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i. e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc. ). Responsibilities Provide ES&H leadership to personnel assigned to the instrumentation department. This includes preparation and implementation of safety procedures and leading Bechtel and subcontractor safety meetings. Performing end of year performance reviews for field non-manual direct reports.

Performing inspections and initiating supporting documentation for all discipline system installations on an ongoing basis. Providing support to field supervision in establishing requirements for manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for a given scope of work. Developing installation work packages for scopes of work in support of the construction schedule. Preparing short- and long-term schedules, and interfacing with the superintendents and other discipline field engineers. Executing field material takeoffs from " Issued For Construction" drawings.

Providing input to the quantity tracking applications and reporting on weekly installed quantities to Project Controls. Preparing field material requisitions for equipment and materials, and monitoring status of purchase orders and deliveries. Assisting field procurement in receipt inspection and reporting of associated equipment and materials and preventive maintenance requirements. Trouble-shooting the design, resolving issues with engineering and/or fabricator using formal field documentation processes. Ensuring all installations are per latest revisions of design drawings, specifications, standards, and codes.

Acting as point of contact for coordination and resolution of all technical issues related to select subcontractors on site who provide technical services for the execution of the permanent plant instrumentation systems scope of work, including initiating all formal subcontract change documentation to support the subcontract administrator. Completing and verifying quality documentation per inspection and test plans. Completing final system walk-downs, deficiency tracking and close-out. Completing and reviewing as-built documentation. Monitoring actual work performance compared to the project budget and schedule.

Qualification & Skills Basic Qualifications University/B. S degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus 8 years of experience or 12 years of equivalent industry experience in-lieu of a degree. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role. Additional Qualifications Experience on an LNG construction site especially along the U. S. Gulf Coast. Understanding of applicable Bechtel work processes including Standard Work Process Procedures. Advanced knowledge of Project Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) including Setroute, Unifier, Aconex, DSCS, PTR, Agile, Navisworks, and other automation tools which are used on Bechtel projects.

Demonstrated ability to motivate team members effectively & positively in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high pressure situations. Construction experience assigned to a construction site in a supervisory position. Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience in a supervisory role commensurate with the type of work to be undertaken. Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating station construction. Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner.
