A typical work week is 50-55 hours with overtime pay and four or more days in the field. The ideal candidate is a team player with NETA Level III or Level IV Certification who enjoys electrical testing, reporting, and working with clients and is equally excited about mentoring and developing other technicians.
Responsibilities: Carry out all electrical testing procedures. Develop new procedures when necessary. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in power systems. Understand and analyze electrical data. Prepare reports that can be understood by persons without electrical/engineering knowledge Professionally interact with customers and foster partner relationships that exceed expectations.
Manage kick-off, status, and closeout meetings as necessary to run project teams and lead junior technicians to successful project completion.
Be a subject matter expert on power systems testing who enthusiastically assists and advises team members Ensure a safe working environment for all involved. Comply with all safety requirements. Requirements : NETA Level III or Level IV Certification 5 or more years of electrical testing experience Must be legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle Ability and willingness to work extended hours to achieve customer success Able and willing to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time Preferred qualifications: Electrical Engineering degree CDL license
