budget, time, safety, and under consideration of all Field Service relevant aspects.
Responsibilities: Develops concepts, execution plans and cost estimates for field service scope of proposals.
Understands technical requirements as well as legal/regional regulations. Facilitates clarifications with customers and ensures availability of all required information. Participates in site backssments. Prepares specifications for purchased services/supplies and evaluates bids/offers. Identifies risks and opportunities during proposal phase and defines contingency plans. Facilitates project startup and details field service concept/plans during project execution. Participates in design
review meetings and ensures field related design considerations.
Develops and ensures availability of project specific procedures and safety backssments. Determines site layouts, tooling/fixtures, and site infrastructure requirements. Ensures availability of HSE and quality plans and documents. Supports project managers and site managers in executing the field service scope of projects. Monitors target achievement regarding quality, schedule, costs and supports corrective actions. Facilitates identification and allocation of required internal and external resources. Provides technical support and advice to field sites. Travel is required 70+ percent of the time.
Required Skills/Abilities: Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, schedules, and budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
