is required. Experience designing or supervising the Process Engineering deliverables associated with Refining Open Arts Units such as CDU/VDU, Saturated Gas, Utilities and Offsites is required. Experience with licensed Refining technologies such as hydrocracking, hydrotreating, sulfur recovery is preferred.

Experience with and capable of providing technical guidance to designers and less experienced process engineers. Experience as a project and client focal point for resolution of complex process issues and attendance in key meetings (P&ID reviews, HAZOP, etc) is preferred. This Senior Lead will serve as the Process focal point for the client as an Owner?s Engineer overseeing the deliverables

produced by a 3rd party EPC contractor. RESPONSIBILITIES (Oversight and Quality Review) Responsible for heat and material balance, the development of process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, system design parameters, and design or rating of equipment.

P&ID development such as design conditions, pressure relief valve sizing, hydraulic calculations, etc Development of process simulators, configuration studies, incorporation and integration of licensor data Oversees the detailed engineering design performed by 3rd party contractor, serving in an Owner?s Engineer role Scope definition from receipt of post-FEED data to Issue For Construction process deliverables. Interface directly

with the client to define all operating requirements. Overall responsibility for Process Engineering deliverables, including simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and P&IDs.

Assures Quality Control practices are in place and being followed. Manage scope change technically Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree in Chemical Engineering required. 15+ years experience in related industries Demonstrated leadership of process design on capital projects, including responsibility for budget, schedule, and change management is required. Open to travel to China and/or Africa for business trips and key meetings as project requires Professional Engineering (P.
