Requisition ID: 72144 Description As a Staff Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing ATE RF test solutions for highly integrated RF modules. Design and development of
test fixtures and programs to screen NPI and production parts. Responsiblities Test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications. Test implementation will include package-level responsibilities during device development and mass production.
Once in mass production, the position requires manufacturing improvement efforts to achieve test time reduction, test quality improvements, yield enhancement, etc. Developing test methodologies to improve accuracy and measurement capability. Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, Physics, CE or closely related field with 8 years’ experience or MS degree and 6 years’ experience. Experience in developing Semiconductor
ATE solutions, including C++ programming, in an ATE. Strong background in hardware and software development on ATE platforms.
Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation, and de-bug. Experience developing measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz. Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments. Excellent debug skills, communication, and teamwork. Proficiency in MS-Office tools, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. Desired Experience and Skills Experience with PCB design and layout. #LI-DD1 The typical base pay range for this role across the U. S. is currently USD $110,600 - $210,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
