You will collaborate with the cross functional teams and plant partners to develop automation solutions utilizing new & upgraded technologies, from RFQ development to solution hand-off. What You Will Do Partner with the process platforms to analyze the value stream of new product
and designing solutions Champion and manage new launches (through all phases) and automation projects by partnering with the plant partners globally Design, develop, program, and implement proof of concepts at the SRG Global plant locations Lead Industrialization Events at plant sites for upcoming projects Maintain and regularly share project timelines and updates to the extended SRG Global teams Develop cell layouts based on process requirements, efficient material flows and facility layout design principles Generate accurate capital and expense cost estimates associated with alternative equipment solutions Actively participate in product design reviews (CDRs) Standardize and maintain
