About the Team: You will be joining the EASM Engineering team a. k. a. Crowd Strike Falcon Surface. Falcon Surface pinpoints unknown, exposed internet-facing assets so security teams can best secure their digital perimeter. v=PUyl3GNf2EA What You'll Do: Help in building globally distributed, fault tolerant and highly scalable cloud-based critical systems Hands on software development work contributing both back end and front end code. Provide leadership and growth for a team of software engineers, guiding them toward successful and timely completion of various technical product development projects. This role involves both people management and tech leadership. Be instrumental in the hiring, retaining and growth of our software engineers
You will work closely with product management to understand the customer requirements and contribute to the delivery roadmap for the product.
Be aware of our product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability. Work in a Collaborating & Agile environment with a small fast-moving team. Be prepared to mentor other developers on web, backend and data storage technologies and our system and vice-versa. We are a remote-first company so you must bring your excellent verbal and written communication skills to bear when you are working with your engineering teams and cross-functional teams across the globe. What You'll Need: Hands-on experience in building cloud solutions.
Demonstrated track record of building and leading high performing teams of backend & frontend engineers10+ years of software engineering experience in all phases of the SDLC3+ years of hands-on management experience leading engineering teams A solid grounding in the technology of at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)Broad grounding in all aspects of distributed systems development: understanding of distributed systems concepts and API development Solid design and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance Academic Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred Bonus Points: Exposure to/experience with cybersecurity and intelligence Experience as a fullstack developer#LI-Remote#LI-AP1Pando Logic.
