Program Summary: Our 18-month career development program provides participants a full-time operational role, participants will partake in a development program that is designed to increases their manufacturing skills and their exposure to Saint-Gobain. Participants are provided with classroom based E-learnings, hands-on action-based learning in operational environments as well as a plethora of networking opportunities all designed to accelerate your career development and future career growth. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $72,900 to $112,800. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

The Process Engineer II will develop and optimize continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. This includes: Develop and assist in the process and product monitoring, including the creation of a validation protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ). All molding machine parameters, peripheral equipment such as thermolators, chillers and dryers Preparing and maintain molding process workbooks. Troubleshoots quality issues including dimensional issues, flash, burn areas, flow marks & bubbles to reduces scrap and improves efficiency, reviewing new & existing mold tooling issues with tooling technicians. Interact with production supervisor(s) for scheduling and troubleshooting requirements. Provides process direction to injection molding set up technicians.
