Position Description: We are searching for a CRM Development Engineer. This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and custom. NET applications and components and SQL database environments in support of enterprise softw are systems. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, software development,

and Microsoft technologies and combines skills in low-code/no-code development using the tools like Dynamics 365 Apps, Power Apps and Power Automate flows, data analysis, and business process automation to create customized applications, workflows, and dashboards that empower the organization to improve productivity and make data-driven decisions.

Identifies creative solutions to meet business requirements. Extends 'low-code/no-code' approach working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform using the tools like Dynamics 365 Apps, Power Apps and Power Automate flows. Ensures proper software design for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and integration with other components and systems.

Mentors project members toward success in product design. Day-to Day-Duties and Responsibilities: Working in our hybrid work design (3 days a week in the office, 2 day s a week remote) you will: - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements, pain points, and objectives and translate these requirements into technical solutions.

- Create and fully document a conceptual and detailed design specification based on business requirements. - Develop custom applications and ensure the seamless integration of these solutions into our business processes. - Configures and develops custom plugins, workflows, connectors and applications using Power Platform tools.

- Utilize Power BI to design interactive and insightful reports and dashboards that visualize data, enabling data-driven decision making. - Implement 'Low-code/no-code' approach working with Dynamics 365 Cloud instance and Power Platform. - Develop custom Dynamics 365 Apps (Model-driven apps), Power Apps (Canvas apps) and Power Automate Flows. - Performs unit testing and colla borates with Quality Assurance team and other cross functional teams to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions. - Maintain detailed documentation of solutions, configurations, customizations and integrations.

- Solicit and/or perform code reviews. - Mentor staff on CRM customization. Provide guidance to other developers when requested. - Provide recommendations for product and process improvements. - Assist with monitoring systems for performance issues and provide advanced troubleshooting assistance to operations and project team staff. - Ensures compliance with software development standards and procedures. - Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform offerings and software development technologies and best practices.

What You Bring to the Team: Our ideal candidate lives within a commutable distance from our office and appreciates the value of the hybrid work design. It&#x 2019; s an important role that covers many skills. This position requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems or equivalent experience in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of technical experience in a software development environment. With two (2) or more years of experience in CRM development for enterprise business systems including customization and extensions, SQL Server, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.

Requires extensive knowledge of software development tools, including Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server development environments, source control, unit testing, and configuration management. Also requires extensive knowledge of SQL and C#. Solid working knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries including and similar to React and Angular as well as Dynamics 365 platform and its APIs as well as Power Platform components like Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents. Working knowledge of Power Pl atform Admin Center and Azure Active Directory.

Power Platform certifications are preferred. Skill in Power BI preferred. Must be capable and willing to perform all software development tasks when necessary. A demonstrated ability to deliver software while complying with the full project life cycle methodology. Requires a solid understanding of database and object-oriented design. Ability to manage concurrent projects. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous learning. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of documenting solutions and proofs of concept.
