Essential Responsibilities Strategy Partnering with the CCT leaders in developing, maintaining and executing the business strategy Working to advancing strategic initiatives Driving CCT annual strategic planning process Monitoring peer/competitor activities and benchmarking ITT performance Acting as thought partner with CCT Leaders Supporting the ED, CCT Strategy in developing and maintaining CCT level portfolio strategy to manage risks and challenges
M&A Developing a robust M&A pipeline for each region and business in collaboration with the regional Strategy leads.
Ensure alignment of the M&A pipelines with overall corporate strategic imperatives.
Executing M&A projects in close collaboration with the corporate teams, including coordinating cross functional teams throughout the process. Supporting the development and execution of a transformational M&A agenda for CTT Managing external banking relationships together with the ED, Strategy and Business Development Acting as mentor and actively develop more junior team members in the global strategy team. A minimum of 7 years' related experience with direct expertise in Strategy, Marketing or M&A preferred Industry background is open, with a preference for candidates with prior Aerospace & Defense and Industrial exposure. Experience in a fast paced, lean, global corporate environment.
