You demonstrate knowledge of CG's software development lifecycle approaches and technologies a plus. You can deal with ambiguity, manage complexity & drive for results, ultimately taking end-to-end ownership of the outcome. You have familiarity with electronic communication archiving and surveillance a plus.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,404-$178,246 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
