Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: With guidance from senior staff, perform analytical and experimental work in materials science and chemistry laboratory spaces. As necessary, perform troubleshooting on experimental methods and data acquisition instruments. a Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or related degree field. 4 years: Hands-on experience operating laboratory analytical instruments, preferably related to chemistry or materials characterization.
Must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and effectively communicate complex information. Hands on experience with Lab VIEW or similar control engineering software, programming languages (Fortran, Python, etc. ) is desired. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
