They will be accountable for delivering Wood digital solutions as it pertains to data and digital twin implementation. They will be responsible for safety, technical and financial performance across country/region, assuming budgetary and P&L responsibility and demonstrating clear safety leadership, achieving monthly and annual targets, and embedding company values.

They will support teams in the day-to-day management of delivery, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in place and ensuring Wood is working to the highest possible standards of integrity, safety, quality, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES P&L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability

including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast determination and attainment, risk and opportunity reviews, cost controls, accounts payable/billing and cash collection.

Deliver performance management objectives, agreed business plans, budget and targets and report on both opportunities and risks impacting on the business. Ensure proposals and projects are resourced with suitably qualified personnel in line with the requirements of the proposal and the project. Manage and work within departmental overhead budgets and manage utilization of resources versus workload to minimize non-productive time. Provide support to the business development process to

identify and win new work for the business. Actively identifies, pursues, and develop opportunities for innovation, such as digitalization and technology use, work share and high value engineering centers, to bring value to Wood and customer.

Provide technical input to bids and bid reviews including identification and support of subject matter experts. Define requirements to ensure full alignment with our clients when proposing digital, data or 3D Visualization solutions. Provide support and guidance to clients with reference to their current and future digital, data and 3D Visualization needs. QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline with an engineering background Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering digital solutions in Energy Sector or related field industries Deep knowledge of data management solutions and data architecture, data processing, analytics and Io T systems, with strong capabilities across a range of technologies Demonstrable track record in delivering complex digital twin projects.

This should include creation, testing, deploying, and scaling digital twin solutions in the operations environment. Strong experience in stakeholder management including the management of challenging interfaces and developing strong customer relationships.

Experience of implementing successful project performance improvement activities and techniques for recovering poor performance Strong communication skills and the capability to communicate and work well with the leadership team, the business, as well as with specialists from related fields, including project managers, database developers, software engineers and data scientists. Must be US Citizen, or authorized to work lawfully in the US, without sponsorship from Wood.
