that creates positive impact and a sustainable future for all. Be a Part of Something BIG! The Integration Engineer will play a crucial role in integrating our SDWAN Monitoring system with various systems, including ITSM systems, automation tools, and emerging platforms.

The responsibilities will include understanding network telemetry data, collaborating with stakeholders, working with DBAs and Dashboard designers, and creating scripts and programs utilizing APIs for data extraction and packaging. The successful candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver integration solutions to production. Make an Impact by

Understanding the setup of Network Monitoring systems such as Zabbix and ELK, and effectively utilize Network Telemetry. Analysing and interpreting collected Network telemetry data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

Collaborating with stakeholders to integrate the SDWAN Monitoring system with other systems, such as ITSM systems (e. g. Service Now), automation tools (e. g. Ansible), and new emerging platforms. Working closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) and Dashboard designers to ensure seamless data integration and effective visualization. Utilizing API knowledge to extract relevant information and organize data for API packaging. Creating scripts and programs using

API available from devices and network controllers to retrieve, update, process and analyse data.

Taking responsibility for rolling out integration solutions to production, ensuring successful implementation and functionality. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to integration and network monitoring. Skills for Success University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar fields. Strong working knowledge of API integration methodologies. Proficiency in Python programming. Knowledge in application integration platform such as Mulesoft is preferred. Experience working with databases, particularly MSSQL.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Grafana. Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack is preferred. Knowledge of SDWAN networking is preferred. Familiarity with various system platforms is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
