Duties: Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and legal colleagues to backss and understand technical concepts related to medical devices and mechanical engineering innovations. Conducting patent prosecution, including drafting and preparing patent applications, responses to office

actions, and other legal documents. Conducting legal research to support patent prosecution efforts. Analyzing and interpreting complex technical documents and translating them into patent applications.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering; other engineering disciplines with substantial patent experience in medical devices and/or mechanical products will be considered. Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. High level of academic achievement.
