Duties: Conduct thorough patent searches and analyses to backss the patentability of inventions related to medical devices and mechanical engineering. Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to gather necessary information for

patent preparation and prosecution. Draft and prosecute patent applications for clients in compliance with USPTO regulations and guidelines. Provide legal advice on patent-related matters, including infringement and validity opinions.

Assist in the development and implementation of patent strategies for clients in the medical devices and mechanical engineering sectors. Conduct due diligence reviews and intellectual property audits. Requirements: A degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering. Other engineering disciplines with substantial patent experience in medical devices and/or mechanical products will be considered. Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
