Become a maker of possible with us. Duties & Responsibilities Define and drive an automated testing strategy for full-stack products, including Windows Desktop Clients. Define and be accountable for the software development methodology with respect to continuous improvement in testing processes. Collaborate across all software development organizations

within MMS to ensure that there is continued adherence to the long-term vision and strategy for software development. Participate in due diligence and evaluation of internal and external software products and solutions that support the development of high-quality MMS software products.

Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science 4-8 years of growing responsibility in R&D roles, with extensive and successful experience in creation of test automation software Experience influencing large software development organizations without direct management responsibility for those being influenced. Proven experience designing and implementing agile development processes across large

organizations. Experience with healthcare environments is preferred.

Experience with Selenium a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to drive organizational change and continuous process improvement. Outstanding written and oral communication skills required. Experience interacting with global teams is a strong plus. Ability to mentor and develop talent for current and future needs and will positively align talent decisions to strategic plans. Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Strong business acuity and customer/client orientation Demonstrated capability for critical thinking and solutioning. Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic).
