In this role you will be collaborating with cross-functional
engineering teams to establish architecture content and develop solutions that achieve customer intent. It will require you to demonstrate good communication skills, systems thinking, and the ability to capture technical design in MBSE architecture products.

Basic Qualifications for the Engineer Level: Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience in MBSE or Systems Engineering OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with related professional/military/academic experience in MBSE or Systems Engineering Must have an active Do D Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
Basic Qualifications for the Principal Engineer Level: Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in MBSE or Systems Engineering OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of related professional/military experience in MBSE or Systems Engineering OR a Ph.
D with related professional/military/academic experience in MBSE or Systems Engineering. Must have an active Do D Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing MBSE artifacts such as behavior diagrams (activity, sequence, or state machine) and structure diagrams (block definition and internal block diagrams) in Sys ML Familiar with Do DAF/UPDM, Sys ML, or UAF Experience using an MBSE tool, such as Cameo or Sparx Enterprise Architect Experience with Systems Engineering activities, such as functional analysis, requirements development and decomposition, interface definition, or verification Ability to analyze architectures and develop MBSE views in Sys ML Ability to work in a collaborative, geographically dispersed team environment Experience with DOORs or other requirements management tool and integration with MBSE software Experience with military aircraft architectures and the military aerospace design environment Experience running CAMEO Simulation Tool Kit for Sys ML validation Experience with Magic Grid Framework Interfacing and presenting to customers Salary Range: $87,200 - $130,800 Salary Range 2: $107,300 - $160,900The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
